ADVANCED PRODUCT QUALITY PLANNING
New production processes and products are developed via the APQP methodology (Advanced Product Quality Planning), a systematic and structured process that allows us to provide our customers with a quality product in the agreed time and at the best cost. This flow includes the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), a procedure we adopt to obtain the approval of the components supplied and the related production processes, thus ensuring that all the specific requirements of our customers are met.
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
We constantly update the skills and resources dedicated to design, supporting the customer in product development and providing qualified advice aimed at identifying the most appropriate technical solutions to improve the performance of the components to be produced. We design and manufacture production equipment internally using CAD/ CAM systems and rapid prototyping of products with 3D printing.
MATERIALS SELECTION
Part of our activity includes selection of the best certified materials for processes: steel, special steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, titanium and plastics, and also semi-finished materials such as cast iron casting, aluminium castings and forged steel parts.
HEAT TREATMENTS
Customers who choose us can expect supply to include heat treatments, from mass hardening to improve component mechanical characteristics, to surface hardening to improve component ability to withstand friction and enhance durability.
FINISHING TREATMENTS
Our service includes surface finishing treatments. We mainly carry out galvanizing, passivation, anodic oxidation and hard oxidation treatments, but we also have the experience, skills and resources to set up other treatments, including the most specialized ones.
WASHING
We perform immersion, vacuum and ultrasound washing processes using low environmental impact technologies and substances to remove processing residues from workpiece surfaces and inhibit corrosion. This process is indispensable for improving the final quality of components and preparing them suitably for surface treatments.
MARKING
We carry out micro-dot and laser marking, engraving initials, codes, data matrix and any other marks on components so that each individual piece is completely traceable.
ASSEMBLY
Our service also includes assembly operations carried out by specialized staff in specially equipped stations.
